以甜茶根为原料,经提取、溶剂萃取、重结晶等手段,得到了鞣花酸晶体;利用熔点、HPLC、IR和MS等参数或指标对其结构进行表征,证实甜茶根中含有鞣花酸,并测定出甜茶根中鞣花酸含量为0.10%。
以甜茶根為原料,經提取、溶劑萃取、重結晶等手段,得到瞭鞣花痠晶體;利用鎔點、HPLC、IR和MS等參數或指標對其結構進行錶徵,證實甜茶根中含有鞣花痠,併測定齣甜茶根中鞣花痠含量為0.10%。
이첨다근위원료,경제취、용제췌취、중결정등수단,득도료유화산정체;이용용점、HPLC、IR화MS등삼수혹지표대기결구진행표정,증실첨다근중함유유화산,병측정출첨다근중유화산함량위0.10%。
The ellagic acid was extracted and purified form Rubuso suavissimus roots by solvent extraction and recrystallization,and analyzed the structure by molting point mensuration,FTIR,HPLC and MS.The results identified for the first time that ellagic acid was existing in Rubuso suavissimus roots and the content was 0.10%.
