高温抗氧化涂层是高温结构材料的重要研究内容之一。为了提高抗氧化涂层的性能,人们致力于新的涂层制备工艺和涂层材料开发。近年来,中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所采用等离子体喷涂技术制备了非氧化物高温抗氧化涂层,并取得了初期结果。本文简要介绍采用大气和真空等离子体喷涂技术制备的MoSi2涂层具有良好的高温抗氧化性能;等离子体喷涂硅涂层和热处理相结合方法在C/C复合材料表面形成梯度SiC涂层;低压惰性气氛环境下沉积超高温ZrB2及其复合涂层,-SiC复合涂层呈现较好的高温抗氧化性能。此外,本文还对这些涂层的抗氧化ZrB2过程做了简要描述。

The research on high temperature oxidation-resistant coatings is a current subject ot interests in high temperature structural materials. New materials and their fabrication processes are developed for improving oxidation resistance of the coatings. In this paper, recent experiments performed and results obtained at Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, pertaining to the development of plasma sprayed non-oxide oxidation-resistant coatings are reviewed. MoSi2 coatings deposited by air and vacuum plasma spraying present good oxidation resistance at high temperature, SiC coatings fabricated by combination of plasma spraying and heat-treatment on C/C composite exhibit typical gradient microstructure. ZrB2 and ZrB2-SiC composite coatings fabricated by vacuum plasma spraying under low-pressure inert-gas environment shows the improved high temperature oxidation resistance. The anti-oxidation behavior and the related mechanism of these novel coatings are also simply reviewed.
