通过实验分离筛选出了10种细菌,分别将其对江苏农林职业技术学院南门河的污水进行处理,结果表明:菌株B处理后,污水中COD的降解率为24.84%,菌株F处理后,氨氮降解率达61.58%,菌株D和I处理后,水体中悬浮物的质量分别增加了78.95%和73.68%,菌株D对色度的处理效果较好,由处理前的100倍降到了40倍。

This study selects 10 kinds of bacteria named Stain A to Stain J ,and respectively applies them to treating the polluted water from the river beside the South Gate of Jiangsu Polytechnic College of Agriculture and Forestry. It shows that, Stain B treatment leads to a degradation rate of COD as 24. 84% ;Stain F treatment leads to a degradation rate of NH-N value as 61.58 % ;after Stain D and I treatment, the suspended solids of the water increase 78. 95% and 73. 68%;the best effect for Chrominanee comes from Stain D treatment, by which only 40 times dilution is needed to reach the same effect of 100 time dilution otherwise.
