给出了切比雪夫-傅立叶的定义.在单位圆中,对26个大写英文字母进行规范化处理,并计算切比雪夫-傅立叶矩,经过畸变不变的规范处理,将切比雪夫-傅里叶矩用作多畸变不变的模式识别的图像特征.进行了位移、比例、旋转、密度多畸变不变模式识别,给出了26个大写字母识别的实验结果.

The definition of Chebyshev-Fourier Moments(CHFM) was given,the performances of CHFM were investigated concisely.Tranining set of the 26 capitals of the English alphabet was normalized in the unit circle and the Chebyshev-Fourier Moments(CHFM) was calculated in unit circle.Using CHFM as recognition characters,the multi-distorted invariant pattern recognition of the alphabet was finished.The experiment was given.
