目的通过对海绵体动脉横切面积和血流量的超声扫描测定,探讨两者的改变在勃起功能障碍( ED)中的作用.方法从西安地区干休所 300多名自愿体检的老干部中筛查出 20例 ED患者,对照组单纯随机抽取勃起功能正常 20例,先以脉冲超声波多普勒探测海绵体动脉横切面图形和平均流速时间积分;再用微机图象扫描仪自动测量图形面积,最后计算出海绵体动脉每分钟血流量.结果勃起功能正常与 ED的相同年龄两组间海绵体动脉横切面积无显著差异( t=2.079- 2.098,P >0.05) , 血流量有非常显著性差异( t=2.793- 2.821,P< 0.01).结论根据血流动力学原理提示血管横切面积轻微缩小足以使血流量明显降低,这在老年 ED流行病学中起着重要作用.
目的通過對海綿體動脈橫切麵積和血流量的超聲掃描測定,探討兩者的改變在勃起功能障礙( ED)中的作用.方法從西安地區榦休所 300多名自願體檢的老榦部中篩查齣 20例 ED患者,對照組單純隨機抽取勃起功能正常 20例,先以脈遲超聲波多普勒探測海綿體動脈橫切麵圖形和平均流速時間積分;再用微機圖象掃描儀自動測量圖形麵積,最後計算齣海綿體動脈每分鐘血流量.結果勃起功能正常與 ED的相同年齡兩組間海綿體動脈橫切麵積無顯著差異( t=2.079- 2.098,P >0.05) , 血流量有非常顯著性差異( t=2.793- 2.821,P< 0.01).結論根據血流動力學原理提示血管橫切麵積輕微縮小足以使血流量明顯降低,這在老年 ED流行病學中起著重要作用.

Aim To study the role of the changes of corpur cavernosum arterial transection area and blood flow volume on elderly patients with erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods From January 1999 to January 2000,the corpur cavernosum arterial transection figures and average velocity time integral(AVTI) of 40 elderly men with normal erectile function and 59 elderly patients with ED selected both simple random sampling were scanned and determined by pulsed ultrasound Doppler techniques. The scanned transactional figures were beemed into microcomputer by the image-scanning system of the microcomputer and the area of the figures were automatically and accurately measured by the calculation system of the microcomputer. Then the area with the AVTI was leaded into a formula and the corpur cavernosum arterial blood flow valume was calculated according to the formula. Results The corpur cavernosum arterial transection area and blood flow volume of the elderly men with normal erectile function had no significant difference between (60- 65) and (66- 71) years old groups (t=2.079- 2.098,P >0.05). The blood flow volume had much more significant difference between the two groups of the same age (t=2.793- 2.827,P< 0.01). Conclusion According to the hemodynamics principle, It indicates that the slight narrowed vessel transectional area can lower the blood flow volume notably and act an important role on vasculogenic ED epidemiology of the elderly patients.
