采用Pro/Engineer中的mechanica模块对成型套筒进行了静力和疲劳分析.结果表明,套筒锥形孔大孔端所受应力最大.通过灵敏度分析找出锥角、锥长对最大应力的影响,并以此为依据对原有结构进行了改善和优化,起到了减小最大应力,减轻磨损,提高使用寿命的作用.

The structure of the forming sleeve was analyzed with the mechanica module of a soft named Pro/engineer in this paper. The result indicated that the maximum stress distributed in the bigger hand of the cone-hole. Through sensitivity analysis we identified the influence of cone-hole and cone-angle on max-stress. We improved the structure of forming sleeve in order to improve the service life and wearability.
