The components of pesticide wastewater are complicated : highly toxic, and highly concentrated. Thus, pesticide wastewater is more difficult to be treated. In modem chemical industry, catalyst occupies an extremely im-portant position. Its application to the treatment of pesticide wastewater is a new break-through, and has obtained excellent results. The results of the application of catalyst to photocatalysis, chemical oxidation and wet oxidation method are introduced.
