By using the game theory and principal-agent model, determining the model of agricultural land lease rent was developed. The determination of rent when conclude a contract in circulation of agricultural land in rural areas was further analyzed, and with Laian County in Anhui Province as example to explain in order to protect the interests of both sides and improve the efficiency of agricultural land use.
