[目的]对萝芙木种植基地土壤、灌溉水质量进行评价,为萝芙木规范化种植基地建设提供科学依据.[方法]土壤环境质量按GB 15618-1995<土壤环境质量标准>进行检测;灌溉水质量按GB 5084-2005<农田灌溉水质标准>进行检测;种植基地药材质量按WM/T 2-2004<药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准>进行检测. [结果]土壤质量达到GB 15618-1995 Ⅰ级标准,灌溉水质量达到GB 5084-2005要求,药材质量达到WM/T 2-2004要求. [结论]种植基地土壤、灌溉水质量完全符合<中药材生产质量管理规范>(GAP)的相关要求,适合作为萝芙木药材生产基地.

[목적]대라부목충식기지토양、관개수질량진행평개,위라부목규범화충식기지건설제공과학의거.[방법]토양배경질량안GB 15618-1995<토양배경질량표준>진행검측;관개수질량안GB 5084-2005<농전관개수질표준>진행검측;충식기지약재질량안WM/T 2-2004<약용식물급제제외경무록색행업표준>진행검측. [결과]토양질량체도GB 15618-1995 Ⅰ급표준,관개수질량체도GB 5084-2005요구,약재질량체도WM/T 2-2004요구. [결론]충식기지토양、관개수질량완전부합<중약재생산질량관리규범>(GAP)적상관요구,괄합작위라부목약재생산기지.
[Objective]Soil and irrigation water of cultivation base of Rauvolfia verticillata were evaluated to provide the scientific foundation for the construction of GAP cultivation base. [Method]GB 15618-1995 Environmental Quality Standard for Soil was adopted to analyze the environmental quality of soil. GB 5084-2005 Standards for Irrigation Water Quality was adopted to analyze the irrigation water quality. WM/T 2-2004 Green Standards of Medicinal Plants and Preparations for Foreign Trade and Economy was adopted to analyze the medicinal materials quality. [Result]The soil quality reached Ⅰ class of GB 15618-1995. The irrigation water quality reached GB 5084-2005. The medicinal materials quality reached WM/T 2-2004. [Conclusion]The quality of soil and irrigation water in cultivation base of Rauvolfia verticillata accorded with the requirement of GAP of Chinese medicinal materials.
