高效液相色谱法测定复方甘草酸苷氯化钠注射液中的甘草酸单铵.采用ODS-C_(18)色谱柱;乙腈-2%冰醋酸(40 : 60)为流动相;流速1.0mL·min~(-1);检测波长254nm;柱温为室温.该方法检出限为8ng/mL,线性范围为0.05-0.80mg/mL(r=0.9989),平均回收率98.81%.

The content of glycyrrhizin in glycyrrhizin injection was determined by HPLC with ODS-C_(18) column, acetonitrile and 2% acetic acid (40 : 60)as mobile phase at 254nm, room temperature,and flow rate of 1.0mL/min.Linear range of glyeyrrhizin was 0.05-0.80mg/mL (r =0.9989).The average recovery was 98.81%.
