对西洋参悬浮细胞的超低温保存进行了初步的研究,结果表明,首先将西洋参悬浮细胞在含8%蔗糖昀西洋参液体培养基中预培养2天,然后经过10%DMSO+8%萄葡糖的冷冻保护剂处理,以4℃(60min)、0℃(30min)、-20℃(2h)、-70℃(30min)的降温程序处理,最后投入液氯中,西洋参悬浮细胞可以生长为愈伤组织,且愈伤细织长势旺盛。
對西洋參懸浮細胞的超低溫保存進行瞭初步的研究,結果錶明,首先將西洋參懸浮細胞在含8%蔗糖昀西洋參液體培養基中預培養2天,然後經過10%DMSO+8%萄葡糖的冷凍保護劑處理,以4℃(60min)、0℃(30min)、-20℃(2h)、-70℃(30min)的降溫程序處理,最後投入液氯中,西洋參懸浮細胞可以生長為愈傷組織,且愈傷細織長勢旺盛。
대서양삼현부세포적초저온보존진행료초보적연구,결과표명,수선장서양삼현부세포재함8%자당윤서양삼액체배양기중예배양2천,연후경과10%DMSO+8%도포당적냉동보호제처리,이4℃(60min)、0℃(30min)、-20℃(2h)、-70℃(30min)적강온정서처리,최후투입액록중,서양삼현부세포가이생장위유상조직,차유상세직장세왕성。
The cryopreservation for suspension cells of panax quinquefolium is studied. The result shows that it is probable for the cryopreservalion for suspension cells of panax quinquefolium. First, lhey are precultured for 2 days in MS with 8% Sucrose, and cryoprotectants processing with 10% DMSO and 8% Glucose, and are freezed with 4℃ (60min) ,0℃ (30min) , -20℃(2h) ,-70℃( (30min) , they were immersed immediately into liquid nitrogen directly at last. They can regenerate calli showing vigorous growth.
