目的:研究海燕皂苷的降血压活性。方法:采用三种不同方法对海燕皂苷进行提取,采用大孔树脂柱色谱进行分离,对其提取物中分离得到的三种皂苷化合物进行了ACE抑制活性的检测。结论:三种样品均具有一定的抑制ACE活性,微波辅助萃取法、超声波辅助萃取法以及索氏提取法所得海燕皂苷样品的EC50值分别为13.4、12.6、12.9 mg/mL。

목적:연구해연조감적강혈압활성。방법:채용삼충불동방법대해연조감진행제취,채용대공수지주색보진행분리,대기제취물중분리득도적삼충조감화합물진행료ACE억제활성적검측。결론:삼충양품균구유일정적억제ACE활성,미파보조췌취법、초성파보조췌취법이급색씨제취법소득해연조감양품적EC50치분별위13.4、12.6、12.9 mg/mL。
Objective: To study the inhibition activity of ACE on asterosaponin from Asterina pectinifera.Method: Three methods of microwave-assisted extraction(MAE),ultrasonicwave-assisted extraction(UAE) and Soxhlet extraction method were used.Then,asterosaponin were separated and purified by macroporous resin purification method.And three compounds were detected by using HPLC with angiotensin I-converting enzyme(ACE).Results: The results showed that all extracts had a certain anti-hypertension activity.The EC50 values of MAE,UAE and Soxhlet extraction method were 13.4、12.6、12.9 mg/mL.
