目的:探讨热休克蛋白47( HSP 47)在瘢痕疙瘩组织中的表达及与Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测21例(瘢痕组)病理性瘢痕疙瘩组织中HSP 47、Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原等水平,并与正常包皮组织(对照组)相比较,观察两组HSP 47表达情况及Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原水平。结果瘢痕组HSP47吸光度值(A值)(133.0±58.7),明显低于对照组的(169.6±53.2)(t=2.697,P=0.024);两组Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原水平差异均有统计学意义(t=14.898、12.610,均P=0.000);HSP 47水平与Ⅰ型胶原含量呈正相关(r=3.058,P=0.034),与Ⅲ型胶原含量也呈正相关(r=4.610,P=0.029)。结论HSP 47在瘢痕疙瘩组织中沉积可引起真皮层中胶原蛋白的合成显著增多,是瘢痕疙瘩形成的一个重要机制。

목적:탐토열휴극단백47( HSP 47)재반흔흘탑조직중적표체급여Ⅰ형、Ⅲ형효원적상관성。방법채용면역조직화학염색방법검측21례(반흔조)병이성반흔흘탑조직중HSP 47、Ⅰ형、Ⅲ형효원등수평,병여정상포피조직(대조조)상비교,관찰량조HSP 47표체정황급Ⅰ형화Ⅲ형효원수평。결과반흔조HSP47흡광도치(A치)(133.0±58.7),명현저우대조조적(169.6±53.2)(t=2.697,P=0.024);량조Ⅰ형효원、Ⅲ형효원수평차이균유통계학의의(t=14.898、12.610,균P=0.000);HSP 47수평여Ⅰ형효원함량정정상관(r=3.058,P=0.034),여Ⅲ형효원함량야정정상관(r=4.610,P=0.029)。결론HSP 47재반흔흘탑조직중침적가인기진피층중효원단백적합성현저증다,시반흔흘탑형성적일개중요궤제。
Objective To study the heat shock protein 47 ( HSP 47 ) andtype Ⅰ ,Ⅲ collagen relevance expression in keloid tissue. Methods USE immunohistochemistry to detect 21 patients( HS group) pathological keloid tissue HSP47, Ⅰ-type, Ⅲ collagen levels,and normal foreskin(control group) compared to the expression of HSP 47 and Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen. Results HS group HSP 47 scar absorbance was( A value) ( 133.0 ± 58.7) ,it was significantly lower than the control group( 169.6 ± 53.2) ( t =2. 697 ,P =0.024) ;two groups of collagen type Ⅰ, Ⅲ collagen levels had statistically differentce(t =14.898,12.610,all P =0.000) ; HSP 47 level and type Ⅰ collagen were positively correlated(r =3.058,P =0. 034),and type Ⅲ collagen content was also positively correlated(r =4. 610, P =0. 029). Conclusion HSP 47 in keloid tissue could cause dermal layer assembly of collagen synthesis and significantly increased,and it was an important mechanism for the formation of keloids.
