The clinical teacher training is a long-term work.According to teacher specialization development mandate and the present clinical teacher' s situation and characteristic,some problems including scientific selection,hierarchical training,teaching supervision,evaluation and incentive mechanisms of clinical teachers are studied preliminarily.In this paper we bring out some new advices for teacher' s training of medical colleges in clinical teaching bases.
