目的总结计算机放射摄影(CR)静脉肾盂造影检查的护理经验.方法收集560例行CR静脉肾盂造影检查患者的临床和影像学资料,观察甘露醇作肠道准备对摄片质量的影响和优维显不良反应的发生情况.结果 27例(4.8%)患者出现优维显不良反应,其中6例因严重过敏反应未完成检查.98例(17.7%)患者肠道内存在较多积气和内容物,但对泌尿系统病变的显示无明显影响.结论单用甘露醇进行肠道准备即可满足CR静脉肾盂造影检查的要求,合理的护理措施可提高CR静脉肾盂造影检查的成功率.

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of intravenous pyelography with computed radiography (IVP - CR) . Methods Clinical and imaging data of 560 cases undergoing IVP - CR were collected. The effect of bowel preparation with oral mannitol on the digital photos and incidence of side effects of iopromide were observed. Results Adverse effects occurred in 27 patients (4. 8% ) ;of them, 6 cases had to give up IVP - CR. Although there existed a lot of intestinal gas and contents in 98 cases ( 17. 7% ), their imaging findings of urinary system diseases were satisfactory. Conclusion Bowel preparation by oral mannitol is enough for IVP CR. The achievement ratio of IVP - CR can be improved by reasonable nursing intervention.
