目的探讨预防或减轻腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后非切口疼痛中西医护理措施的有效性.方法将住我院外科行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,出现非切口疼痛并通过视觉模拟评分(VAS)＞2分的60例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,对照组按术后常规护理,实验组经及时调整术后体位,延长吸氧时间6～12 h,耳穴贴压和辨症饮食调护等中西医护理措施.结果实验组患者术后非切口疼痛时间和程度明显低于对照组P＜0.001,两组对比有显著性差异.结论护理干预措施可有效预防和缓解腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后非切口疼痛,提高手术患者护理品质.
목적 탐토예방혹감경복강경담낭절제환자술후비절구동통중서의호리조시적유효성.방법 장주아원외과행복강경담낭절제술,출현비절구동통병통과시각모의평분(VAS)＞2분적60례환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각30례,대조조안술후상규호리,실험조경급시조정술후체위,연장흡양시간6～12 h,이혈첩압화변증음식조호등중서의호리조시.결과 실험조환자술후비절구동통시간화정도명현저우대조조P＜0.001,량조대비유현저성차이.결론 호리간예조시가유효예방화완해복강경담낭절제환자술후비절구동통,제고수술환자호리품질.
Objective To explore the effective nursing intervention about prevention and reduction on the non-wound pain after laparescope cholecystectomy operation.Methods Sixty patients hospitalized in surgery who had the pain of non-wound and get grade ＞ 2 by VAS, were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 30 cases in each group.The cases of control group were nursed according to the regular mearsures;While the cases of treatment group were conducted by adjusting body-location, lengthening the time of breathing oxygen for 6 ～ 12 hours, sticking points of ear and adjusting diet on the Chinese symptoms.Results The time and degrees of patients'pain of non-wound after operation in treatment group were significantly lower than those in cuntrol group (P ＜ 0.01 ) .Conclusions The effective nursing intervention methods can prevent and reduce the patients ' pain of non-wound after operation and improve the nursing-quality.
