目的探讨多重HPV感染患者的HPV亚型分布,了解不同亚型HPV的致癌性及其协同作用.方法选取子宫颈病变与子宫颈癌患者42例.采用HPV基因芯片法,对标本进行HPV检测和分型.结果 42例患者子宫颈脱落细胞中均含有一种或一种以上高危型HPV,未见单纯低危型别的混合感染.最常见的为亚型是HPV-16(59.5%).结论多重HPV感染以HPV16型为主,因此应重视HPV16型感染患者的治疗和随访,才能更好地预防子宫颈癌.同时加强心理护理可以提高宫颈癌患者的治疗效果.

Objective To explore human papillomavirus subtype with multiple infection . And to understand the carcinogenicity and cooperativity of human papillomaviius subtype. Methods A total of 42 cases of cervical carcinoma and cervix disease were selected in the medical center of cervical carcinoma from Dec. 2005 to July. 2010. Those cases of cervical carcinoma were diagnosed and typed by gene chips. And die data was analyzed using software of SPSS 10.0. Results There were one more human papillomavirus subtype in 42 cases. And there was one high risk HPV at least in those subtypes. The most subtypes of HPV was HPV -16 (59.5% ) . Conclusions HPV -16 is the most subtypes of multiple infection of HPV. The subtype should be considered in therapy. Psychological care is the primary treatment of cervical cancer nursing.
