目的 探讨地质勘探行业呼吸性粉尘 危害程度分级技术标准的制订方法,为粉尘危害分级管理提供科学依据。方法 选择了地质勘探行业3个接尘 专业系统中的129个接尘工种,利用CXF-2F个体呼吸性粉尘采样器进行了呼吸性粉尘采样, 采用X线衍射法测定了粉尘中游离SiO2含量,并进行了呼吸性粉尘危害程度的分级。结果 地质勘探行业呼吸性粉尘危害程度属于安全(0级)和轻度(Ⅰ 级), 两者共占总体的88.4%。不同工种呼吸性粉尘危害情况为:出渣、爆破、坑道凿岩等接尘工 种的呼吸性粉尘危害属于轻、中度(Ⅰ、Ⅱ级);而刻槽取样接尘工 种的呼吸性粉 尘危害程度属极重度(Ⅳ级)。结论 此分级标准基本反映出各系统 接尘作业的特点,适用于地质勘探作业呼吸性粉尘危害程度分级。

Objective To study the method to classify r espirable dust harmfulness degree in geological exploration profession so as to provide scientific basis for its management. Methods 129 dust-exposed work-types from 3 main system in geological exploration professi on were selected.The respirable dust was collected by use of CXF-2F respirable dust personal sampling instrument.Free SiO2 in dust was measured by X-ray di ffraction method.The harmfulness degree of respirable dust was classifed. Results The har mfulness degree of respirable dust in geological exploration profession attribut ed to safe(0 degree) together with slight(Ⅰ degree) made up 88.4% of total.The harmfulness degree of respirable dust in different work-types was li sted as following:scrap-cleaning,blasting and drilling belonged to slight(Ⅰ) and moderate(Ⅱ) degree,however,carving and sampling belonged to extremely severe(Ⅳ) degree. Conclusion [ WT5”BZ〗The method which could reflect the characteristics of dust-exposure wo uld be suitable for the classification of respirable dust harmfulness de gree in geological exploration profession.
