目前认为,炎症反应是急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)发病的重要机制.许多研究证明,内皮素1在ARDS炎症反应中发挥促炎作用.本综述通过回顾内皮素系统的研究进展,阐述内皮素1的炎症作用在ARDS的病理生理学机制、通透性肺水肿及肺动脉高压形成中的作用,及内皮素受体拮抗剂的应用现状.
目前認為,炎癥反應是急性呼吸窘迫綜閤徵(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)髮病的重要機製.許多研究證明,內皮素1在ARDS炎癥反應中髮揮促炎作用.本綜述通過迴顧內皮素繫統的研究進展,闡述內皮素1的炎癥作用在ARDS的病理生理學機製、通透性肺水腫及肺動脈高壓形成中的作用,及內皮素受體拮抗劑的應用現狀.

Inflammatory reaction may play an important role in the pathogenesy of acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).As a number of studies have proven,the inflammatory effect of endothelin-1(ET-1)has been implicated in the pathophysiology of ARDS.This review will focus on the biologv of ET-1 and its role as a inflammatory mediator in the pathogenesy of ARDS,the formation of pulmonary edema and pulmonary hypertension.And the recent application of endothelin receptor antagonists will be discussed.
