由于老年人对社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的易感性和临床表现的特殊性,老年人CAP有其自身的特点.其诊治原则即要遵循指南,又不能拘泥于指南,尤其要注意药物与药物间和药物与疾病之间的相互作用.老年人CAP的预防要重视疫苗接种和平时的呼吸锻炼.

Community acquired pneumonia (CAP) in elderly people has its own characteristies.The evaluation and treatment of geriatric CAP should follow “ the guideline”,but should not be constrained by “the guideline”.This is because of the susceptibility of older adults to CAP,its atypical presenlation aud other unique clinical features in the elderly population. In addition, effective management should take into consideration of multiple comorbid diseases and polypharmacy.Special attention should be paid to the heterogeneity of elderly people,as well as drug drug and drug-disease interactions.The prevention of geriatric CAP should emphasize effective vaccination and daily respiratory training.
