目的 观察高压氧(HBO)治疗对兔内毒素血症系统症状、周围血细胞及肺脏病理变化的影响.方法 46只新西兰兔静脉注射内毒素150μg/kg后,随机分成2组:对照组22只,不给予任何处理;HBO组24只,采用HBO治疗(每8 h 1次,共6次).2组分别于汴射内毒素后2、6、24、48 h采耳动脉血1 ml,检测白细胞和血小板,48 h后处死兔,观察肺组织变化.结果 与注射内毒素前相比,对照组兔白细胞和血小板在实验后2、6、24 h明显下降,48 h仍未恢复正常(P< 0.01或<0.05).HBO组2、24h白细胞和血小板分别高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),48 h后几乎完全恢复到实验前水平(P>0.05).与对照组相比,HBO组兔肺组织内炎症反应较轻,且无微血栓及出血灶,48 h死亡率显著降低(P<0.05).结论 HBO治疗能够显著减轻兔内毒素血症症状及白细胞、血小板的下降,减轻肺组织的炎症反应与出血,并显著降低死亡率(P<0.05).

목적 관찰고압양(HBO)치료대토내독소혈증계통증상、주위혈세포급폐장병리변화적영향.방법 46지신서란토정맥주사내독소150μg/kg후,수궤분성2조:대조조22지,불급여임하처리;HBO조24지,채용HBO치료(매8 h 1차,공6차).2조분별우변사내독소후2、6、24、48 h채이동맥혈1 ml,검측백세포화혈소판,48 h후처사토,관찰폐조직변화.결과 여주사내독소전상비,대조조토백세포화혈소판재실험후2、6、24 h명현하강,48 h잉미회복정상(P< 0.01혹<0.05).HBO조2、24h백세포화혈소판분별고우대조조(P<0.01,P<0.05),48 h후궤호완전회복도실험전수평(P>0.05).여대조조상비,HBO조토폐조직내염증반응교경,차무미혈전급출혈조,48 h사망솔현저강저(P<0.05).결론 HBO치료능구현저감경토내독소혈증증상급백세포、혈소판적하강,감경폐조직적염증반응여출혈,병현저강저사망솔(P<0.05).
Objective To observe the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy on endotoxemia and changes in blood cells and pulmonary pathology in rabbits. Methods Thirteen rabbits were randomly divided into the control group (n = 22 ) and the HBO group (n = 24 ), with both groups receiving endotoxin intravenously ( 150 μg/kg), but the HBO group having HBO therapy (once every 8 hours, with a total of six times). Following injection of endotoxin after 2 h, 6 h, 24 h and 48 h, ear artery blood samples were collected. Then, the rabbits were sacrificed 48 later to observe changes in WBC, platelets and pulmonary pathologic changes under the microscope. Results WBC and platelet counts decreased significantly at 2h, 6h and 24h in the control group,when a comparison was made between pre and post endotoxin injection, and didn't return to normal at 48h ( P <0. 01, P<0. 05 ). In the HBO group, WBC and platelet counts were higher than those of the control group at 2 h and 24 h ( P<0. 01, P<0. 05 ) and almost completely returned to preexperiment data ( P >0. 05 ) after 48 hours. Inflammation of the lungs in the HBO group was slighter than that of the control group. Moreover, no micro-thrombi and hemorrhagic foci could be observed in the HBO group,and death rate of the experimental animals decreased obviously at 48 h ( P> 0. 05 ). Conclusions HBO treatment could markedly ease the symptoms of endotoxemia and the decrease of WBC and platelet levels,alleviate inflammation and hemorrhage of the lung, and markedly reduce the death rate of the animals.
