针对光伏发电系统模块多、输出电压低等问题,提出了一种多路输入高升压Boost变换器。首先分析了2路输入高升压Boost变换器的工作原理及性能特点,然后通过拓扑推演,得到了n路输入高升压Boost变换器。在此基础上搭建了输出功率为100 W的实验样机,实验结果表明:n路输入电压平衡时,输出电压与输入电压之比是Boost变换器的n倍;控制简单,无论各个输入电压源电压相等与否,均可以通过一套控制系统实现输出电压恒定;开关器件电压应力低,可以选择额定电压低的器件,有利于提高变换器效率。
針對光伏髮電繫統模塊多、輸齣電壓低等問題,提齣瞭一種多路輸入高升壓Boost變換器。首先分析瞭2路輸入高升壓Boost變換器的工作原理及性能特點,然後通過拓撲推縯,得到瞭n路輸入高升壓Boost變換器。在此基礎上搭建瞭輸齣功率為100 W的實驗樣機,實驗結果錶明:n路輸入電壓平衡時,輸齣電壓與輸入電壓之比是Boost變換器的n倍;控製簡單,無論各箇輸入電壓源電壓相等與否,均可以通過一套控製繫統實現輸齣電壓恆定;開關器件電壓應力低,可以選擇額定電壓低的器件,有利于提高變換器效率。

Directed towards problems that there are too many photovoltaic modules and the output voltages of them are relative low in the typical photovoltaic grid-connected power system,a non-isolated high step-up Boost converter with multiple-input was proposed in this paper.Firstly,the derivation of the converter with dual input was presented and its operation principle and steady state performance were analyzed in detail.Secondly,the n-input high step-up Boost converter made up of n Boost cells was deduced.Finally,an experimental prototype rated 100 W was built and the experimental results were given.The result has showed that: First,If input voltage balancing,the voltage gain is n times of the basic Boost converter,where n is the number of input port.Second,output voltage can be controlled without more control than basic Boost converter.Third,the voltage stress is lower than basic Boost converter and lower voltage MOSFET can be used,and the converter efficiency can be increased further.
