Teachers in charge of class are managers and leaders, and the tie and bridge of linking school and students, parents. In new trend of new curriculum reform and standard running, this paper points out that a good teacher in charge of class should throw into their sentiment, be of tolerance, be good at doing students' ideological work, appreciate students and become a teacher who can have a heart-to-heart talk with students.
