在工程量清单计价模式下,通过分析公路工程标底价格的形成过程及影响因素,从而得出各影响因素对标底价格的影响机理,最后确定公路工程标底价格调整的机制,其中包括询价机制、工程量调整机制、定额调整机制以及下浮率确定机制等,旨在为标底编制人员合理确定公路工程标底价格提供帮助。

On the basis of bill-of-quantity mode,this paper analyzes formation process and affecting factors of the highway engineering base price of bidding and finds out the factors influencing mechanism,which aims to confirm its adjustment mechanism,including enquiry mechanism,quantities adjustment mechanism,quota adjustment mechanism and descend rate confirmation mechanism.Those adjustment mechanisms may help the highway engineering personnel confirm base price of bidding reasonably.
