回顾近年来陕西职业院校教育国际交流与合作成果，对陕西省职业院校教育国际交流与合作的现状和存在的问题进行综合分析和研究，并提出相应的建议：1．政府教育职能部门的统一领导；2．抓好外事机构的建设；3．重视英语语言教学；4．培养国际化的师资；5．设置国际化的课程；6．因地制宜选择国际合作与交流渠道。

The article reviews the outcome of the education exchange and collaboration in vocational education colleges in Shaanxi Province and analyses the present existing problems in our province＇s international exchange of collaboration. It concludes the following effective approa- ches to the international exchange of collaboration. The first is to unify the leadership of the functional department in the government. The second is to stress the connotation building of the foreign affairs institutions. The third is to value the teaching of English. The forth is to stand- ardize the process of the teachers＇ training. The fifth is to optimize the curriculum provision. The sixth is to develop the Channels of communications.
