为了解决济宁三号煤矿53下09综放工作面多分层含厚夹矸3下煤层的放顶煤开采、提高煤炭回收率难题,采用现场实践研究和理论研究相结合的方式进行了研究分析,以理论分析和生产现场实际应用相结合为主,对多分层厚夹矸复杂结构3下厚煤层中的53下09综放工作面含夹矸顶煤的冒放性、放煤工艺及放煤方式优化的管理及放出规律、夹矸层极限厚度的确定等问题进行了研究,并指出了含夹矸顶煤的活动规律和放顶煤开采夹矸的极限厚度,最大限度的提高煤炭回收率,减少采空区自燃发火率,在实际生产中得到了很好的利用。
為瞭解決濟寧三號煤礦53下09綜放工作麵多分層含厚夾矸3下煤層的放頂煤開採、提高煤炭迴收率難題,採用現場實踐研究和理論研究相結閤的方式進行瞭研究分析,以理論分析和生產現場實際應用相結閤為主,對多分層厚夾矸複雜結構3下厚煤層中的53下09綜放工作麵含夾矸頂煤的冒放性、放煤工藝及放煤方式優化的管理及放齣規律、夾矸層極限厚度的確定等問題進行瞭研究,併指齣瞭含夾矸頂煤的活動規律和放頂煤開採夾矸的極限厚度,最大限度的提高煤炭迴收率,減少採空區自燃髮火率,在實際生產中得到瞭很好的利用。
