采用自主研发的新癸酸稀土-倍半铝-氢化二异丁基铝催化剂体系的三元稀土催化剂及相应的生产工艺包,成功地实现了年产1.5万吨的异戊橡胶工业生产。稀土异戊橡胶产品满足各项技术指标要求,取得了稀土异戊橡胶生产技术的重大突破。稀土异戊橡胶产品与几种典型进口异戊橡胶的性能基本一致,可以替代进口异戊橡胶。
採用自主研髮的新癸痠稀土-倍半鋁-氫化二異丁基鋁催化劑體繫的三元稀土催化劑及相應的生產工藝包,成功地實現瞭年產1.5萬噸的異戊橡膠工業生產。稀土異戊橡膠產品滿足各項技術指標要求,取得瞭稀土異戊橡膠生產技術的重大突破。稀土異戊橡膠產品與幾種典型進口異戊橡膠的性能基本一緻,可以替代進口異戊橡膠。

Using self- developed new decanoate rare earth - half times aluminum - hydride diisobutyl aluminum catalyst system' s ternary rare earth catalyst and corresponding production technology package, an annual output of 15,000 tons isoprene rubber in industrial produc- tion were successfully achieved. Rare earth isoprene rubber products met various technical indicator requirements and made a production technology breakdown. Its products and some typical imported isoprene rubber were basically the same in performance, which can replace the imported isoprene rubber.
