建立的离子对反相高效液相色谱法(IP—RP—HPLC)成功的分离了五种常见的有机硒化合物:硒代胱氨酸(seCys2)、硒代蛋氨酸(SeMet)、硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸(MeSeCys)、亚硒酸盐(SeO3^2-)及三甲基硒离子(TMSe^+)。并对分离过程进行了优化,在优化的色谱分离条件下,五种硒化合物得到了完全分离,它们在C18上的保留时间分别为:280s,1800s,540s,160s和820s。

A new method was created for the separation of selenocystine (SeCys2) , selenomethionine( SeMet), Se - methylselenocysteine(MeSeCys), Selenite( SeO3^2- ) and trimethylselenium ion (TMSe^+) by Ion Pair Reversed- Phase High - Performance Liquid Chromatography ( IP - RP - HPLC), The separation procedure was optimized, Under the optimized separation conditions, the five selenium species were completely separated bn the C18 column and the retention time were 280 s, 1 800 s, 540 s, 160 s and 820 s, respectively.
