＂学生助理实验员教学法＂是工业基础训练课程中的教学新方法,其主要特点是选拔具有较好理论基础与较高实践技能的学生进行一定的培训,经过考核合格后担任实训指导老师的助手,参加实训课程的备课、材料准备、资料查找及讲解授课和操作指导等各个环节的工作。几年来,＂学生助理实验员教学法＂经过东莞理工学院现代工业技术实习中心的不断实施和完善,取得了较好的教学效果。

＂Teaching method of Student Assistant experiment technician＂ is a new method in industrial basic training. It features some students with a better theoretical basis and practical skills as assistant training instructors after passing examination, who are engaged in all aspects of the work such as preparation of training courses, materials, information collecting and teaching. In recent years, the teaching method of students as assistant experiment technicians has made great progress in Dongguan University of Technology.
