Baduanjin female college students body shape physical function quality
运用文献资料法、数理统计法对陕西师范大学非体育专业的女生共60人进行调查与分析。期间对八段锦练习者进行18周,每周5次(周一~周五),每次1h的练习。结果显示:八段锦习练者的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质在锻炼前后各项指标呈显著差异(P〈0.05)或者非常显著差异(P〈0.01)。因此,八段锦锻炼对女大学生的身体形态、机能和素质有积极的影响。

운용문헌자료법、수리통계법대협서사범대학비체육전업적녀생공60인진행조사여분석。기간대팔단금연습자진행18주,매주5차(주일~주오),매차1h적연습。결과현시:팔단금습련자적신체형태、신체궤능、신체소질재단련전후각항지표정현저차이(P〈0.05)혹자비상현저차이(P〈0.01)。인차,팔단금단련대녀대학생적신체형태、궤능화소질유적겁적영향。
Purpose: To explore the eight section brocade on female college students' body shape,function and quality effects.Methods: using the method of literature,mathematical statistics method of 60 non sports major students in Shanxi Normal University investigation and analysis.During baduanjin exercise for 18 weeks,5 times per week(Monday to Friday),1 hour of practice each time.Results: Baduanjin exercisers of body shape,function,physical quality training in the index before and after show significant difference(P0.05) or very significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion: Baduanjin exercise has a positive effect on female college students' body shape,function and quality.
