From the subjective and objective perspectives, this article summarizes the deficiencies of overseas - targeted publicity translation, and discusses the causes of these disadvantages, including the translator＇ s service quality and service level, the great cultural differences between east and west, and the factors such as the lack of supervision mechanism.
