为了解上海农林职业技术学院学生的膳食营养状况,采用24h膳食回顾法,对07、08级的163名学生(男生68名、女生95名)进行膳食营养调查,参考中国营养学~2000年颁布的膳食营养素推荐摄入量(R,NIS),对调查数据进行评价。结果显示男女学生营养素摄入差异较大。
為瞭解上海農林職業技術學院學生的膳食營養狀況,採用24h膳食迴顧法,對07、08級的163名學生(男生68名、女生95名)進行膳食營養調查,參攷中國營養學~2000年頒佈的膳食營養素推薦攝入量(R,NIS),對調查數據進行評價。結果顯示男女學生營養素攝入差異較大。

To understand the dietary nutrition condition of the students in Shanghai vocational and technical college of agriculture and forestry, we conducted a dietary nutrition investigation on 163 students (male 68, female 95) who were in grade 07 and 08 by 24h dietary reviewing, then evaluated the data referring to dietary nutrient recommended amount of radiation (RNIS) which promulgated by Chinese Nutrition Academic Society in 2000. The result showed the dietary nutrition absorbtion varied from male to female.
