细菌药物敏感试验的结果是临床合理用药的重要依据。从药敏试验方法选择错误、药敏试验操作不规范、药敏纸片质量的影响、病原菌鉴定不明确、细菌药敏结果敏感但临床治疗耐药、药敏试验的药物剂量与临床用药剂量有较大差异等6个方面，分析造成细菌药敏结果与临床疗效不符的原因，为临床有效治疗感染性疾病提供参考。
