In the process of artificial breeding of Patinopecten yessoensi the accumulated temperature is an important index to judge the maturity of parent shellfish. The experiment indicated that the accumulated temperature of 80.6-85.3℃ at water temperature of above 4℃ is the best time for artificial collection of egg and can obtain good result of breeding.
