随着供应链管理的发展,人们开始寻求供应链总成本的最小化以及客户服务水平的最大化。在这样的背景下,库存管理的内涵也发生了巨大变化,要求企业从传统的只注重自身的库存管理转向对整个供应链的库存控制,从而达到供应链环境下的库存控制模式的最高境界——实现供应链的无缝连接,消除供应链企业之间的高库存现象。作者首先概述了库存管理的相关内容及供应链环境下库存管理的特点;然后,在分析供应链环境下的库存管理现状的基础上,进一步分析优化库存管理的方法。

With the development of supply chain management,people began to seek to minimize the total cost of supply chain and maximize service levels of customers.In this context,connotation of inventory management has changed dramatically,requirements of enterprises from the traditional focus only on its own inventory management to the entire supply chain inventory control,so as to achieve the inventory control model of the highest realm in the environment of supply chain——implementation of seamless connection between supply chain enterprises,eliminating the high inventory phenomenon.Firstly,this paper summarized the inventory management and characteristics of inventory management in the environment of supply chain;then,based on analysis of problems of inventory management in the environment of supply chain,further analysis to optimize inventory management method.
