为进一步推进技术改造和节能降耗工作,挖掘发电厂辅助设备的节能潜力,结合华兴电力有限公司2×395MW燃机的运行实际,提出在燃机停运期间,采用停机辅助凝泵的节能改造方案。避免在机组停机期间使用功率较大的凝结水泵运行,进一步降低了厂用电率,减少了生产成本,增加了企业的经济效益,增强了企业市场竞争力。实践证明,凝结水系统增设停机辅助凝泵,年平均厂用电率可下降0.04%,提高了企业经济效益,同时增加了辅机的安全可靠性,并且操作简单,取得了预期的效果,可为其他同类电厂提供参考。

In order to promote technical renovation and energy-saving & consumption reduction, and explore the energy-saving potential of the auxiliary equipment in power plants, the Huaxing Electric Power Plant adopts the energy-saving renovation scheme of auxiliary condensate pump during the shutdown period, based on the operational practice of 2 ×395 MW gas turbines. Such scheme avoids operating high-power condensate pumps in downtime, consequently reducing the production cost and improving the company's economical benefit. It has proved that adding auxiliary pump to the condensate water system not only saves electricity by 0.04% annually, but also improves the safety of auxiliary units. Due to the simplicity and effect of this renovation scheme, it can be referenced for other similar power plants.
