釉面缺陷严重影响电瓷产品的合格率,分析了釉面缺陷产生的原因,并对于“落砂、落铁、磕釉”以及“烟熏”这几种釉面缺陷,采取了重新上釉和二次烧成的补救措施,使瓷检合格率得到了较大提高。
