Firstly, the process and properties of rotating spray dryerflue gas desulfurization(FGD) have been introduced. Then, investigation has been conducted based on measurement of boiler operation status and accompanying pollutants emission in practical situation. The study concludes that the technology under discussion proves to be secure and steady in operation, with a fairly high desulfurization efficiency. Besides, processed flue gases entail no fur ther reheating, the requirement for both anti-corrosion and water-consumption remain lower and accompanying near zero waste water effluents.
