使用文献资料法、数理统计法、对比分析法对上海女排及其主要对手的实战技术进行分析，从发球、接球、扣球、拦网、防守几个方面进行研究，结果发现，与国内其他强队相比，上海女排存在接发球和防守到位率较低，进攻点单一等现象．针对这些状况，提出相应的解决对策根据具体对策，为上海女排技术效果的进一步提高提供参考资料．
