通过选用核壳乳液和添加纳米填料,研制成一种防潮防霉涂料,改进了涂膜的耐水性、耐碱性、耐沾污性、耐霉菌性、耐湿热性、断裂伸长率等性能。讨论了各组分对涂料性能的影响。经过涂料配方优化,为研制综合性能高的防潮防霉涂料提供设计思路和理论依据。
通過選用覈殼乳液和添加納米填料,研製成一種防潮防黴塗料,改進瞭塗膜的耐水性、耐堿性、耐霑汙性、耐黴菌性、耐濕熱性、斷裂伸長率等性能。討論瞭各組分對塗料性能的影響。經過塗料配方優化,為研製綜閤性能高的防潮防黴塗料提供設計思路和理論依據。
통과선용핵각유액화첨가납미전료,연제성일충방조방매도료,개진료도막적내수성、내감성、내첨오성、내매균성、내습열성、단렬신장솔등성능。토론료각조분대도료성능적영향。경과도료배방우화,위연제종합성능고적방조방매도료제공설계사로화이론의거。
A moistureproof and anti-mildew coatings was developed by selection core-shell emulsion and adding nano-fillers. The water resistance, alkali resistance, dirt resistance, mildew resistance, damp heat resistance, breaking elongation etc. performance of the film were improved. The influences of coatings component on its performances were discussed. Through optimization of coatings formulation, the design ideas and theoretical basis were provided for development of moistureproof and anti-mildew coatings with high comprehensive performance.
