利用磁控溅射技术在涤纶无纺布表面沉积纳米结构银薄膜,以制得防辐射布。探讨了靶基距、溅射功率、工作气压和进气量等工艺条件对薄膜屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明在时间规定条件下,对屏蔽效能影响大小的排序是:工作气压〉靶基距〉进气量〉溅射功率。
利用磁控濺射技術在滌綸無紡佈錶麵沉積納米結構銀薄膜,以製得防輻射佈。探討瞭靶基距、濺射功率、工作氣壓和進氣量等工藝條件對薄膜屏蔽效能的影響。結果錶明在時間規定條件下,對屏蔽效能影響大小的排序是:工作氣壓〉靶基距〉進氣量〉濺射功率。
이용자공천사기술재조륜무방포표면침적납미결구은박막,이제득방복사포。탐토료파기거、천사공솔、공작기압화진기량등공예조건대박막병폐효능적영향。결과표명재시간규정조건하,대병폐효능영향대소적배서시:공작기압〉파기거〉진기량〉천사공솔。
The nano structure silver membranes were deposited on the surface of polyester nonwoven by magnetron sputtering technology to prepare the anti-radiation cloth.Then it discassed the effects of the target-based distance,sputtering power,work pressure,air capacity for the effectiveness of anti-radiation cloth.The results showed that under the condition of prescribed time,the sort in size of the effects from the factors for the effectiveness of anti-radiation cloth was: work pressure,target-based distance,air capacity,sputtering power.
