细纱条干不匀主要来自细纱牵伸区,在细纱牵伸区施加压力棒与否的条件下,通过变化隔距块、后牵伸倍数、后区罗拉中心距等进行纺纱试验对比;分析了压力棒对纱线条干均匀度的影响,得到了较理想的工艺配置。
細紗條榦不勻主要來自細紗牽伸區,在細紗牽伸區施加壓力棒與否的條件下,通過變化隔距塊、後牽伸倍數、後區囉拉中心距等進行紡紗試驗對比;分析瞭壓力棒對紗線條榦均勻度的影響,得到瞭較理想的工藝配置。

The yarn evenness in spinning is mainly from the drafting zone. Spinning test was compared through changing gauge block, back drafting times, back district roller center distance, etc. , when pressure bar in the draft zone was pressured or not. The influences of pressure bar on the yarn evenness were analyzed and the ideal process configuration was obtained.
