采用不同处理方法对东试早柚进行了授粉试验。结果表明：东试早柚异花授粉座果率明显高于自花授粉，异花授粉可改善果实品质，提高可食率、果汁率、可溶性固形物、还原糖和总糖含量，降低有机酸的含量，但是种子数量有所增加，不同处理的果实品质从好到差依次为：东试早×ktk处理、东试早×泰农处理〉东试早自然授粉处理〉东试早网袋处理。
채용불동처리방법대동시조유진행료수분시험。결과표명：동시조유이화수분좌과솔명현고우자화수분，이화수분가개선과실품질，제고가식솔、과즙솔、가용성고형물、환원당화총당함량，강저유궤산적함량，단시충자수량유소증가，불동처리적과실품질종호도차의차위：동시조×ktk처리、동시조×태농처리〉동시조자연수분처리〉동시조망대처리。
Experiments were carried out on pollination of shaddock cv. Dongshizao using different treatments. The results showed that the fruit setting rate was obviously higher in cross pollination than in self pollination of shaddock cv. Dongshizao. Cross pollination improved fi＇uit quality, increased edible rate, fruit juice rate, soluble solid and reducing sugar and total sugar contents, decreased organic acid content, but increased seed numbers. The fruit qualities of different treatments were in the order from good to poor as follows： Dongshizaoxktk treatment, Dongshizao×Tainong treatment〉natural pollination treatment〉net bag treatment.
