洛阳方言中有而普通话没有的方位后缀有20个、普通话里有而洛阳方言中没有的方位后缀有4个、洛阳方言与普通话都有的方位后缀有7个（包含零形式后缀）;洛阳方言中有而普通话没有的时间后缀有7个、洛阳话和普通话里都有的时间后缀有6个（包含零形式后缀）。总体上讲,洛阳方言与普通话在方位和时间后缀的使用方面既有共性又有差别,差别大于共性。
洛暘方言中有而普通話沒有的方位後綴有20箇、普通話裏有而洛暘方言中沒有的方位後綴有4箇、洛暘方言與普通話都有的方位後綴有7箇（包含零形式後綴）;洛暘方言中有而普通話沒有的時間後綴有7箇、洛暘話和普通話裏都有的時間後綴有6箇（包含零形式後綴）。總體上講,洛暘方言與普通話在方位和時間後綴的使用方麵既有共性又有差彆,差彆大于共性。
락양방언중유이보통화몰유적방위후철유20개、보통화리유이락양방언중몰유적방위후철유4개、락양방언여보통화도유적방위후철유7개（포함령형식후철）;락양방언중유이보통화몰유적시간후철유7개、락양화화보통화리도유적시간후철유6개（포함령형식후철）。총체상강,락양방언여보통화재방위화시간후철적사용방면기유공성우유차별,차별대우공성。
Locative and temporal conceptions are the fundamental parts of all the languages. Concerning the using of locative and temporal suffixes, there are 20 locative suffixes occurring in Luoyang Chinese dialect but not in Chinese ＂Putonghua＂, 4 in Chinese ＂Putonghua＂ but not in Luoyang Chinese dialect, and 7 in both Luoyang Chinese dialect and Chinese ＂ Putonghua＂ （ including zero form suffix） ; and there are 7 temporal suffixes in Luoyang Chinese dialect but not in Chinese ＂Putonghua＂, and 6 in both Luoyang Chinese dialect and Chinese ＂Putonghua＂ （including zero form suffix）. On the whole, given locative and temporal suffixes, there are similarities and differences as well between Luoyang Chinese dialect and Chinese ＂Putonghua＂, but more differences exist.
