基于雷暴云闪电的形成环节和物理过程,提出了人工影响闪电防雷减灾的思想,即在一定的时机和条件下,通过播撒催化剂等技术手段对局部区域大气中的云雾起电过程进行干预,消耗电场能量,控制闪电发生次数,起到防雷作用。

Based on the formation chain and physical process of thunderstorm clouds and lightening, the idea that human can influence lightening and thunder prevention to reduce disasters is put forward. Under certain timing and conditions, catalyst can be spread to interfere with the cloud electrifying process in the local atmosphere, consume the energy in the electric field, control the number of lightening occurrence and prevent thunders.
