近年来,随着全球变暖,气温升高而引起水稻减产给世界粮食安全带来危机。随着国内外稻米市场对粳米的需求日益增长,方百计地发展粳稻生产,已势在必行。而北方地区寒地水稻的种植就显得尤其重要。虽然面临着种植面积小,水源短缺,冷病害严重等问题,但是必须克服困难,提高产量。
