Public physical education in colleges and universities is still tracked in the traditional mode of compliance and assessment,whose innovation and reform need to be extended.This paper constantly sumed up experience from public physical education,boldly attempting to explod actively from teaching philosophy,teaching methods,etc.,and strived for the reform of public physical education in colleges and universities to provide a reference recommendations.
