采用AVR单片机AT90USB646作为主控制芯片,SLA7078M作为电机驱动专用芯片,实现了一种新型两相步进电机的控制驱动系统。该方案硬件电路简单、软件编程方便,利用串口通信可以实现上位机的远程控制。实践证明该控制系统具有结构简单、精度高、稳定可靠等特点。

A master control chip is adopted on AVR MCU of AT90USB646, SLA7078M as motor driver special chip, which implements a new type of two-phase Stepper motor control driver system. The hardware circuits and software designing were easier to implement in this design project using UART communication, it could be remote control by computer.The practic proved that the system has a simple structure, higher control precision, stable and reliable.
