实验研究了脉冲电解法处理酸性含镍工业模拟废水的工艺条件,并对各种影响因素包括阴极材料,流速,脉冲电源频率,占空比以及峰流进行了研究。结果表明最佳电解条件为三维电极泡沫铜为阴极,使用脉冲电源作为供电方式,频率1000Hz,占空比50%,峰流1.8A,流速为22cm/s,极距接近为零。镍离子去除率(回收率)可达99%以上,出口浓度1mg/L,满足国家排放标准。
實驗研究瞭脈遲電解法處理痠性含鎳工業模擬廢水的工藝條件,併對各種影響因素包括陰極材料,流速,脈遲電源頻率,佔空比以及峰流進行瞭研究。結果錶明最佳電解條件為三維電極泡沫銅為陰極,使用脈遲電源作為供電方式,頻率1000Hz,佔空比50%,峰流1.8A,流速為22cm/s,極距接近為零。鎳離子去除率(迴收率)可達99%以上,齣口濃度1mg/L,滿足國傢排放標準。

This study applied pulse electrodeposition to the treatment of stimulated industrial acidic wastewater containing nickel ions and a few factors including cathode material, flow rate, frequency of pulse, pulse duty ratio and peak current were studied. Results show that the best condition to treat wastewater containing nickel ions is to use foam copper as three dimensional cathode and pulse electrodeposition at pulse frequency 1000Hz, pulse duty ratio 50%, peak current 1.SA, flow rate 22cm/s, almost zero electrode distance. In this condition above 99% nickel ions can be eliminated or recovered and nickel ions concentration at discharge is lmglL which meets the Chinese discharge criteria.
