基于有限元分析方法,建立了变频空调器压缩机一配管系统虚拟样机分析模型,结合变频空调器压缩机工况多变的特征,对变频空调器配管系统动力学分析及优化设计方法进行了探讨。以研发中的某型号变频空调器为例,对其配管系统进行了结构优化设计,实验结果表明上述优化设计方法取得了预期的效果。
基于有限元分析方法,建立瞭變頻空調器壓縮機一配管繫統虛擬樣機分析模型,結閤變頻空調器壓縮機工況多變的特徵,對變頻空調器配管繫統動力學分析及優化設計方法進行瞭探討。以研髮中的某型號變頻空調器為例,對其配管繫統進行瞭結構優化設計,實驗結果錶明上述優化設計方法取得瞭預期的效果。

Based on FEM, the virtual prototype model of variable frequency air conditioner compressor -pipeline system is established. Dynamic analysis and optimization of variable frequency air conditioner pipeline are presented with consideration of the variable working condition of its compressor. A certain type of developing variable frequency air conditioner is taken as an example, its pipeline is optimized, and experimental results verified the presented method.
